Crisp and ripe Southern California Jalapeno blended with rich and robust Mexican Chocolate is married with our premium aged balsamic vinegar to create an intensely sweet and spicy blend. Use it with our Mandarin Orange or Lemon Olive Oil for a delicious meat marinade/rub. Pair it up with the Scallion Infused Olive Oil for a sensational fresh garden salad dressing. Splash it over fresh fruits, in beverages (hot or cold) and for a memorable dessert - fresh mixed berries and this unique blend over your favorite ice cream flavor will dazzle your taste buds. We had this over homemade Meyer Lemon olive oil ice cream. A little bit of work, but oh so worth it!
We use Southern California grown Jalapeno and the richly intense flavor of Mexican Chocolate to produce one of our most robust and flavorful infusions. We love local and California is known for it's flavorful crops, so we are proud to keep it local. Jalapenos are in peak season from July to late September and are at the peak of their flavor during this time.
Our Balsamic Vinegar is produced in Modena, Italy and is the result of the maturation of cooked grape must that has been slowly aged to perfection in casks of oak. First quality wines and grape musts produced in Italian traditionally cultivated vines, particularly from Trebbiano, Lambrusco. Manufactured with traditional methods and techniques, the strictest laboratory controls and state of the art technology, our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena carries only the best characteristics of this special product
